NEW YORK: The one thousand and twenty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The Core Construction Co. will build a $45 million senior living community in Palm Coast.
Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast, at Grand Haven along Colbert Lane, half a mile south of Palm Coast Parkway, will have three buildings — for assisted living, independent living and memory care — including 263 beds in 210 units, Tuscan Gardens Group said. The three buildings will total 190,000 square.
