Griffin Real Estate Management, a California-based real estate developer with a Division office in Atlanta, and Canyon Partners Real Estate, a real estate investment firm, announced the commencement of construction of The Georgian Lakeside in Roswell, Georgia. The Georgian Lakeside will be a 95 unit assisted living and memory care community. Thrive Senior Living of Atlanta will provide operating and consulting services to the property.
