NEW YORK: The one thousand and seventeenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The largest private investment in the history of downtown Kokomo moved closer to its expected construction start date Monday when the Common Council approved a development measure for Kokomo Residential Care Facility.
In a unanimous vote, the council approved a zone classification change from general commercial to general multifamily residential for the property at 408 S. Washington St., a necessary alteration before Vermillion Development begins work on the property in the summer of 2016.
