NEW YORK: The one thousand and second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A $52 million expansion at the upscale Twin Lakes Senior Living Community in Montgomery will include 45 apartments for independent living.
The apartments will be in a three-story building, which will be an extension of the existing 95-unit apartment building on the 67-acre campus. The project also will include a new building with 56 private rooms that will provide assisted living for people with memory problems related to Alzheimer’s or dementia.
