NEW YORK: The one thousand and thirty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A prominent real estate developer that has helped fulfill the need for low and moderate-income housing throughout central New Jersey has brought to market new affordable seniors rental homes in Somerset County, N.J.
Premier Development, which has previously introduced affordable housing for Military veterans at Stone Bridge at Raritan, seniors at Summerfields in Franklin Township and other communities, has launched leasing for the first phase of affordable rentals at Sunnymeade Run, a new collection of 383 apartments located at 110 Falcon Road in the Town of Hillsborough.
