NEW YORK: The eight hundred and thirty second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The Family Housing Association is to host an information day for those who want to find out more about the multi-million pound extra-care housing facility at Gwynfryn.
Interest continues to grow in the new build Ty Dyffryn Extra Care facility.
It will provide much sought after apartments for people over 55.
When it opens early next year the housing scheme will provide 50 apartments, community facilities including a cafe and restaurant, community lounge, craft and therapy rooms.
The scheme is being developed by Family Housing Association (Wales) Ltd in partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council.
