NEW YORK: The eight hundred and thirtieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A joint venture between developer Living Villages, Duchy College and Cornwall Food Foundation, was submitted to the council in August 2014.
Along with 155 homes, the scheme includes a farm, to be run by Duchy College, and a restaurant and cook school operated by Cornwall Food Foundation.
It also features holiday let and course accommodation, shops, a community hub, play areas and two acres of allotment space on the 92-acre site.
A provision of 35 per cent affordable housing is included.
