NEW YORK: The seven hundred and eighty sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Silverstone Healthcare – a Dallas-based firm that assisted living facilities mostly in Texas and Florida – has filed plans with the city for about an acre at Sherry Lane and the Dallas North Tollway.
The property is currently occupied by a former motor bank site and a small medical office.
About two years ago it was purchased by commercial real estate investment and development firm Bandera Ventures.
Silverstone Healthcare has asked for approval from the Dallas City Plan Commission to combine the two tracts on Sherry Lane into a single development site. The developer plans to build an 8-storey multigenerational residential building on the tract.
