NEW YORK: The seven hundred and eighty third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Central Florida is seeing some growth, with numerous new senior-living projects in the works which include:
- The $50 million, 275-unit Gentry Park Orlando, which will open its first 84 units this month.
- Westminster Communities of Florida is renovating existing communities and building a new one, called Westminster Baldwin Park.
- A one-of-a-kind $30 million community is coming to Ocoee, where it is projected to draw some NFL retirees for its memory-care units.
