NEW YORK: The seven hundred and thirty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Epsom and Ewell Borough Council has given the go-ahead for 91 properties at the site off Reigate Road. Applicants Hill and Circle Housing won permission for the housing scheme in June last year.
The Nescot revamp will also include a dementia skilled nursing home, a nursing home and “assisted living extra care units” providing for 150 residents within two buildings.
