NEW YORK: The six hundred and seventieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Fish Haven Apartments, billed as a “60-unit, upscale, multi-family housing complex” is nearing completion, and the developer, Pete Ramsell, says the next phase of the project will be a senior living complex.
Ramsell said he expects Fish Haven Apartments to be ready for occupancy this autumn. The main portion yet to be finished is the road going into the complex and parking area.
