NEW YORK: The six hundred and sixty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A residential complex is to be built near Hereford.
Up to 80 one, two and three-bed apartments are earmarked for the proposed development in Withington, likely to cater for the over 60s. Known as extra care housing, the idea is the brainchild of developer Phil Collins who says the county can’t ignore Herefordshire’s demographics.
