NEW YORK: The three hundred and eighteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Construction is underway on the more than $30 million Woodland Terrace of Carmel. The 185-unit luxury apartments will offer independent living, assisted living and memory care options to seniors.
Luxury finishes and high-end appliances are standard in the 560 to 1130 sq. ft. apartments. Wi-Fi and state of the art concierge technology is featured throughout the community.
