Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

DALLAS: The twenty third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2017 has been received.

Developer Quadrum Global and general contractor DeAngelis Diamond held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction of a resort-style senior housing development in Fort Myers.

Avida Senior Living is a 32-acre community development for assisted living, independent living and memory care scheduled to open in the fall of 2018.

The 488,265-square-foot campus will have 272 apartments for independent living, 125 for assisted living apartments and 35 for memory care, plus 28 cottage-style residences.
