The sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2017 has been received.
Trafford Waters, which will be next to the intu Trafford Centre, comprises 3,000 homes, 80,000 square metres of offices, a school, a skilled nursing home, hotels and supporting facilities. It will front the Manchester Ship Canal and include a ‘green bridge’ to the Trafford Centre.
The development, for which NJL Consulting, a planning and development consultancy, secured approval, represents a £1 billion investment by Peel Land and Property, a property investment company. It is expected to generate 5,000 jobs.
