NEW YORK: The four hundred and sixty-eightieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
MorningStar Senior Living and Confluent Development have broken ground on MorningStar Senior Living of Arvada, which will be located at West 64th Avenue and Easley Road. Expected to be completed in fall 2017, the 160,000-square-foot development will include 71 independent living and 41 assisted living suites, along with 29 suites devoted to individualised care for persons with memory impairments.
