NEW YORK: The four hundred and tenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Legends Landing, an “assisted living sports bar,” was originally proposed as a roughly 150-unit, $25 million construction near the hotel and conference center on the project’s eastern edge. But plans still are preliminary and those details may change before it is completed between May 2018 and early 2019.
