NEW YORK: The four hundred and sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Ground was broken Thursday for Belvedere Senior Housing, an assisted living community, at 321 E. 90th Drive.
When built, the three-story, 107,000-square-foot apartment complex will serve seniors of all incomes. It is expected to open by fall 2017.
