NEW YORK: The four hundred and fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Thames Valley Housing Association (TVH) has acquired the BHS site at 104 Broadway in West Ealing for a new retail and housing development. The scheme, which is being undertaken in partnership with developer Southern Grove and Ealing London Borough Council, will see the creation of 136 new homes and over 15,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail space. Southern Grove, supported by its funders Topland, secured planning permission in February 2016 for the redevelopment of the 0.27-acre site, the proposal representing a step-change for the regeneration aspirations of the area.
