Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophy NEW YORK: The three hundred and ninety-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

A $1.5 million 2.2ha lagoon will form the centrepiece of a new $200 million multigenerational residential development at Caravonica.

The Botanica project of Crystal Lagoons Oceania will feature the first Crystal Lag­oon in Australia.

The lagoon will extend 700m through the centre of Botanica to allow most residents living in 1000 apartments, townhouses and villas to have a waterfront location.
