Grey Power Marlborough is pushing for a $2 million Abbeyfield Trust development to be established in Blenheim, providing a communal living arrangement for older people.
Grey Power Marlborough president Brian McNamara said the Abbeyfield Trust provided studio-room type accommodation for people who were not ready to move into residential care.
