NEW YORK: The three hundred and sixty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
“Somerby” is a line of luxury senior housing complexes developed by Alabama-based Dominion Partners. The Sandy Springs location will have 128 independent living units, 48 assisted-living units and 24 “memory care” units. The complex also features a long list of amenities, such as a health center, an art studio, a salon and spa, full dining services. The complex will create 150 jobs.
