NEW YORK: The three hundred and sixty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Architectural and development firm APEC International is expanding its senior housing complex, Swansea Park, in East Hollywood.
The company is planning to build two residential buildings — a 54-unit apartment tower and a 76-unit senior housing apartment— according to environmental documents filed with the city. Both would have four stories.
