NEW YORK: The three hundred and fifty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Four Corners Development LLC recently announced it will develop Peakview Trails, a new affordable housing community in Greeley, Colo.
The company was awarded $987,140 in State Low Income Housing Tax Credits (disaster recovery), $635,718 in 4 percent Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), as well as $3.5 million in (CDBG) Disaster Recovery funds from the Colorado Division of Housing for the development of the project. The funds were awarded due to the flood impacted areas in the Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties.
The Peakview Trails affordable housing community will offer 96 one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring Energy Star-rated amenities such as central air conditioning, refrigerators, dishwashers and washing machines.
