Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophyNEW YORK: The three hundred and fifty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

Plans to allow the permanent boomer/retiree occupation of 334 holiday lodges between Wadebridge and St Columb were refused by councillors despite being marked for approval by officers.

Members of the Strategic Planning Committee were not swayed by an offer of £580,000 to help create “affordable” housing elsewhere and voted to deny permission.
