NEW YORK: The three hundred and thirty-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Housebuilders are proposing to start the first phase of the development by building 90 family homes at the 20.9 hectare site off Ponteland Road and Brunton Road.
The rest of the application includes a range of family homes, assisted living apartments and provision for affordable housing.
