McCarthy & Stone hope to provide 54 apartments on the site that has been occupied by Swains, a photographic supplier that is planning to move its operations to Lynn.
The retirement complex provider is currently constructing a retirement living scheme at St. Edmund’s Terrace in Hunstanton, but the assisted living scheme would provide additional facilities and a greater degree of care and support for its residents.
