Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophy NEW YORK: The two hundred and ninety-fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

Plymouth-based Dominium is planning a 184-unit apartment building offering affordable housing for seniors. The project would be on a roughly 5-acre site along East Point Douglas Road, near White Pine Senior Living.

Construction is planned for late August or early September, said Patrick Ostrom, Dominium development associate, coming after the company secures funding and submits building plans.
