NEW YORK: The two hundred and eighty-ninth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday at the construction site of Green Falls Landing, a $75-million project billed as be “the single-largest, private-sector investment in seniors housing in Regina.”
The 268-suite project at 3850 Green Falls Dr. in southeast Regina is also groundbreaking for the developer, Revera Inc., one of Canada’s leading seniors’ care and housing companies.
“We have (seniors housing facilities in) 94 communities currently across Canada,” said Stephen Foster, chief operating officer of Revera Inc. “We believe this will be our flagship.”
