NEW YORK: The two hundred and eighty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Wichita-based Oxford Senior Living is starting construction on an assisted living and memory care campus in Kansas City.
Construction Director George Sherman says a “notice to proceed” was issued for the project Monday.
He says the $15 million project is expected to be completed in mid May 2017.
The Oxford Grand Assisted Living & Memory Care community will be constructed in the Shoal Creek Valley area of Kansas City. The building will be near NE Shoal Creek Parkway and NE 82nd Terrace.
