NEW YORK: The two hundred and forty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Developers have broken ground on The Blake at The Grove, an upscale senior living facility on 8.5 acres of land just off Interstate 10 behind the Mall of Louisiana.
The Blake is a mixed-use community built in a village center theme. It will consist of 213 unit—111 will be for independent living, 67 will be for assisted living and another 35 suites will be included in an adjoining memory care support facility that focuses on Alzheimer’s and dementia care. The Blake is expected to open in summer 2017.
