Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophy NEW YORK: The two hundred and forty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

Justin-Siena High School and a Minnesota developer have an application with the city to build a 175-bed housing complex for seniors on 5.6 acres of school-owned property near Solano and Trower avenues. The project’s sponsors have said the facility, to be called Napa Valley Senior Care Housing, will house residents with a range of needs, from independent and assisted living to memory care for dementia patients.
