NEW YORK: The two hundred and thirty-fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Officials on Thursday revealed the renderings of the new Spring Lake Health and Living Campus that’s taking root at the heart of the Dr. Phillips neighbourhood.
The campus, expected to open by early 2017, features a 186 rental-apartment building that accommodates independent and assisted living in addition to memory care.
Nearby, Orlando Health is establishing its first comprehensive outpatient pavilion — or as president and CEO put it, “a one-stop-shop” —which has almost all the services a hospital would have, short of inpatient beds and operating rooms.
The 26-acre senior living campus is a partnership between Dr. Phillips Charities, Orlando Health and Harbour Retirement Associates, and it provides a “strong glance into the future of community-based health care and comprehensive senior care,” said Jim Ferber, chairman of Dr. Phillips Charities…
