Seniors housing developers compete for Global Award

trophy NEW YORK: The two hundred and thirty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.

As part of a $25.9 million expansion and renovation project, Calder Woods announced on Monday the senior living facility intends to construct a private short-term rehab centre, as well as a gym, indoor pool and bistro.

Calder Woods officials are scheduled to break ground next week on the 80,000–square-foot expansion and 51,000-square-foot renovation project. Construction could be completed by the end of 2017, according to a Monday news release.
