NEW YORK: The two hundred and thirtieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Omega Communities will begin construction this summer on a 415-unit multi-phase community called Living Waters that will include independent living, assisted living and memory care services.
The community will be built on a 30-acre mixed-use parcel at 1155 Highway 466 in Lady Lake. The first phase will house 145 independent living beds, 29 assisted living beds and 24 Alzheimer’s/dementia memory care beds. Construction is expected to start in June, with first-phase completion in summer 2017.
