NEW YORK: The two hundred and fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Vanderbilt University is planning a mid-May start on a $115.5 million residential project to accommodate multigenerational 340 students.
An occupancy for what will be called Vanderbilt Barnard College is slated for summer 2018, according to a release.
The building will replace the existing 240-bed combination of the 65-year-old Vanderbilt and Barnard residential halls, which front the 2200 block of West End Avenue.
Funding for the project will come largely from university reserves and philanthropy.
