NEW YORK: The two hundred and second entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A housing association has secured an eight acre site to build up to 500 homes in the south of the borough.
In a £17 million deal, Circle Housing bought the former Somerfield depot site, New Road, Rainham, which is located in one of the borough’s housing zones and has planning permission for 497 homes, a community hub, commercial premises and an energy centre to be built.
