NEW YORK: The one hundred and forty-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
The first public discussion on a proposed 87-unit assisted living facility for 263-269 Pleasant St. in Marblehead occurred in an October Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. Five meetings, countless letters to the editor in local newspapers and almost five months later, developers have yet to be granted the necessary permit to proceed with their plans.
