NEW YORK: The one hundred and forty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Nine Wicket Senior Developers of Altamonte LLC announced it’s building a two-tower, 300-unit apartment complex at 200 Cranes Roost Drive in Uptown Altamonte. It will be called The Crane at Altamonte, and will include independent-living units, executive units and a lengthy list of luxury amenities, including an upscale restaurant. Powell Design Group Inc. is the architect, and Moss & Associates is the general contractor.
