NEW YORK: The one hundred and sixteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Around 800 seniors have expressed interested in living at a new 194-unit senior living project in Walnut Creek, reflecting the high demand for the scarce product type.
The project, Viamonte, received its final approvals from the city’s design review committee last week and is preparing to break ground by the second half of 2017. The project, on a 3.8-acre site is at the North Via Monte and Shadelands Drive, will open in 2019.
