In an emerging theme for Lake area developments, a local construction company says they’d like to build affordable senior housing in Osage Beach, in an area that was abandoned by a previous developer and has suffered as a result.
The Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday recommended rezoning a 26-acre tract of land along Bluff Drive to allow for the construction of apartments for low- to moderate-income senior citizens.
