NEW YORK: The ninety-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Coconut Grove-based Housing Trust Group (HTG) held a grand opening ceremony Friday for Whispering Palms Apartments, a 63-unit affordable housing development in the Tampa area.
The new rental property in Largo at 601 16 Avenue Southeast is 100 percent leased. It has a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhome and garden-style apartments, including four handicapped-accessible units.
