NEW YORK: The ninety-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
The Wellstone at Mission Crossing is a three-story independent living rental community that features 101 one and two-bedroom apartments for seniors. Each of the apartments include an oven range, refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer in six floor plans.
The new apartment complex underwent construction delays that pushed its opening back from the originally announced timeline of early 2015. The project had a groundbreaking in April of 2014.
