NEW YORK: The eighty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A site plan has been submitted by Colorado-based Balfour Senior Living for an upscale independent and assisted living community for seniors.
Plans call for 154 independent, assisted and memory care units to be built in the four-storey building. Each independent living unit will be feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms with roughly 1,200 square feet of living space.
The 183,000-square-foot facility will be constructed in one phase according to documents submitted to the city and will take approximately 13 months to complete. The goal is to open the housing complex some time in 2017.
