WASHINGTON, D.C.: A public hearing is set to discuss a new type of residential development in Port Townsend.
The 28-unit development is planned for a 6.33-acre lot on the north side of F Street, about 575 feet east of San Juan Avenue, in what is often called “Happy Valley.”
