PHOENIX: A staggering 35 per cent of those in sedentary jobs say they are too busy to take even an hour a week to exercise.
One in 10 admit doing nothing at all, and this could mean problems for them in retirement.
Activities which can have a positive impact on wellbeing, such as reading a book or doing a crossword, are also being squeezed, with 48 per cent devoting just an hour or less every week to such activities.
