HOUSTON: The City-County Planning Commission of Warren County on Thursday will look at development plans for a new hotel and a new assisted living facility in Bowling Green.
The planning commission is being asked to recommend to the Bowling Green City Commission a zoning change from agriculture to general business for the planned assisted living facility. The proposal from DMK Development Group LLC and Bobby and Vivian Coulter, 570 Lovers Lane, calls for the facility to serve a maximum of 125 people.
