CHICAGO: A not-for-profit is work-shopping a new multigenerational care community. The new healthcare and housing campus will include 100 units of affordable housing for seniors, 100 beds for homeless youth, new senior and youth centres, and up to 35 units of permanent supportive housing for young people.
