DALLAS: North Adelaide will be home to one of the fanciest retirement communities in the state following the Development Assessment Commission’s approval of a $200 million development.
The Brougham, between Brougham Place, O’Connell St and Ward St, will offer retirees spacious residences and sweeping views of the city, and feature rooftop dining and a chauffeur service.
