CHICAGO: Eden Prairie, Minn.-based New Perspectives Senior Living recently began construction of its 130,000-square-foot Lighthouse of West Fargo complex, which will feature 120 to 130 apartment units and a facility for independent and assisted living, and another for memory care.
Construction was originally scheduled to be completed in early 2015 but was delayed because of other company priorities, said NPSL founder and CEO Todd Novaczyk.
“We have several other projects that have either just opened or are under construction in Wisconsin right now,” Novaczyk said. “So we moved this project back.”…..
